How much are your services/plans?

Pricing depends on your specific needs, as there isn't a fixed rate. Please feel free to reach out to us, and we can discuss the details of your requirements to provide you with a personalized quote.

If I had to cancel my training at short notice do I still have to pay for my session?

We fully appreciate that something may cause you not to be able to attend. You will not be charged if its 24hrs prior to your session but may still be charged if its really short notice.

What happens if I cannot handle the plan set out for me?

No two people are the same. This is why we do weekly check-ins to see how the plan is working for you. If there's anything you're finding difficult or cannot cope we'll adjust as we go along.

As I lose weight is my calorie intake adjusted?

We closely monitor your weight with our weekly weigh-ins. Typically we'll adjust your calories if you are slowing down in progress or have reached the next stage of your plan.

Do I need any specific kit to train with?

It all depends on your situation. If you have access and use a gym your plan will be worked out with what is available for you to use. Even if you don't have access to a gym we offer plenty of workouts that can be done at home that require no equipment.

After reaching my goal, do you offer a maintenance plan?

Yes we can tailor a plan that will help you maintain what you have achieved.

I am a gym novice and nervous about gyms.

We totally understand that it may seem daunting stepping into the gym for the first time. This is where maybe our one to one sessions may benefit you to help build your confidence.

Do you offer any discounts on block bookings?

Yes. We apply a discount if bookings are block made in advance.
